In order to mitigate economic impacts from the COVID-19 outbreak, TSC announced its coronavirus rent relief today that all its renters can apply to defer rent payment deadlines to the end of 2020. TSC recently has informed its tenants of this relief measure and hopes to ride out virus storm together.

According to TSC, because of the outbreak of COVID-19, the company follows the non-public use real estate rent relief measure by the National Property Administration (MOF) to propose the rent relief measure. All its lessees can apply to postpone the rent payment deadlines to the end of this year if needed. All the liquidated damages and deferred interest during the postponement period will be waived.
