2025 TSC corporate governance performance included quantitative achievements such as an average Board attendance rate of 99.45%, female directors accounting for 33.33% of the Board, and a total of 181 ESG-related proposals reviewed during the year. TSC also conducted integrity governance meetings, integrity education and awareness programs, communicated its anti-corruption policy to business partners, and held labor-management meetings and employee consultation sessions.
