Inventory of existing land resources as of 2025, the total land area of the existing land resources possessed by TSC is 48,573.03 hectares (120.54 hectares of overseas land not included). TSC owns a total area of 34,175.84 hectares of agricultural land resources, of which 22.75% is for sugarcane business (including land for sugarcane cultivation), 24.22% is for seedlings for landscape, pasture, and leased farmland while the rest 23.39% belongs to forest land. In accordance with the concept of business development and the sustainable management of land resources, TSC continues to cooperate with the government’s needs for public policies to maximize the value of land.
