In recent years, in line with the government's promotion of digital governance and the application of AI technology, we have successfully promoted various AI digital transformation projects. More than 70% of the employees have completed the "AI-Based Civil Service Training to Drive AI Transformation" digital learning course launched by the government since 2024. Taisugar Training Center even started planning AI courses in 2023 and organized many training programs.

With the rapid advancement of AI, the Training Center has expanded its course offerings from general education programs to specialized areas such as marketing and agriculture. It also continuously introduces new courses based on business needs, enabling employees to prepare for future workplace challenges. We plan to fully upgrade our computer lab equipment by 2026. This hardware upgrade will enable AI to become a valuable tool for our employees and lay a more solid foundation for the Company's sustainability and development.
