Exhibition Hall of Sugar Manufacturing Process


Sugar manufacturing process is introduced here: Raw sugar cane material→ Slice sugar canes with knives → Squeezer → Raw sugar cane juice → Sugar cane juice heater → 105 ℃ raw sugar cane juice → Liming tank → Cleaning up sugar cane juice → Evaporation bottles → Crystallization bottles → Centrifugal force secretion machine → Packaging.

Limes serve the function of cleaning. Hydrated limes (Ca(OH)2) were added into the heated raw sugar cane juice, enabling it to produce precipitants through chemical reaction, segregating into clean sugar cane juice on top and slurry in the bottom.
