Taisugar Fructooligosaccharide is produced through the biotransformation process. Fructooligosaccharide is a large molecule sugar, yielding 1.5 kcal per gram. Compared with other sugars, it is very low in calories and is difficult to be broken down by digestive enzymes in the human body. It is also a nutrient supporting the growth and reproduction of Bi-fidus and other good bacteria, thereby limiting the development of harmful bacteria. Taisugar Fructooligosaccharide tastes like regular sugar but is less sweet and lower in calories. It can be used to replace regular sugar or be added in coffee, tea, milk or used as a toast spread.
