Implementation of SDGs and Objectives

          To keep the operations of TSC in line with international trends, we refer to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as corresponding to the company's major theme goals and policies to have a comprehensive and sustainable business advantages in a rapidly changing environment.


SDG1. NO POVERTY

  • The investment in food safety inspection related equipment in the laboratory (Achieved)

  • To conduct annual GHG inventory and verification in the Xiaogang Plant and the Waste Incineration Plant (Achieved)

  • The food products produced by TSC are all included in TFC’s Food Safety Traceability Management System (FT), and the food inspection reports are also disclosed on TSC’s official website.
  • The concentration of air pollutants was in line with the emission standards stipulated by EPA.
  • The GHG emission intensity decreased by 21.74% compared with that in 2019.

  • To add solar PV equipment (Achieved)
  • The promotion of energy onservation movement and the development of renewable energy (Achieved)
  • The solar PV power generated reached 15.514 million kWh
  • A total of 169 certificates of biomass renewable energy have been produced
  • Approximately 287 MW of solarPV equipment for rooftops, ground type, and unfavorable farming land and detention ponds is expected to be reached.
  • To continue the promotion of energy conservation movement and the development of renewable energy.
