In response to declining birth rates and rapid changes in the
industrial landscape, TSC continues to promote business diversification while
emphasizing on the establishment of a sustainable long-term talent pipeline.
Since 2017, the Company has adhered to the principle of
"business-oriented, demand-driven training", integrating industry and
education resources through industry-academia collaboration. We proactively
cultivate professionals in the fields of circular economy, agriculture, machinery,
commerce, animal husbandry, and cross-domain management, helping young students
strengthen their workplace adaptability and practical skills, and injecting new
momentum into the sustainable operation of enterprises.
Through nearly a decade of industry-academia collaboration, Taiwan
Sugar Corporation has gradually established a talent development model
encompassing basic technical skills, specialized agriculture, livestock
farming, business management, and cross-disciplinary soft skills. This model
not only assists young people in transitioning to the workplace but also
addresses the company's diverse business development needs in areas such as new
agriculture, circular economy, green energy, and cultural and creative parks.
Moving forward, TSC will continue to deepen industry-academia collaboration,
creating a stable talent ecosystem that benefits enterprises, schools, youth,
and society, thereby strengthening the Company's operational resilience and
sustainable competitiveness.
